We are happy to accept goods returned to us for refund within 15 days* of receipt as long as the items are received back to us unused and in original packaging. Our returns address is below please enclose a note with your name, address and order number.
*EXTENDED CHRISTMAAS RETURNS – orders purchased between 17 November and 24 December 2025 can be returned right up until 31 January 2026 subject to all our usual returns policy terms as below.
Cost of goods will be refunded within 14 days of receipt back to us. Please note postage costs are not refundable as these are the direct cost of the courier and postal services. See Christmas extended returns on the Returns page.
