Delivery is within 5 working days* – if you would like your parcel delivery to be left on your doorstep or a designated area such as a porch, just let us know on the Additional Delivery Instructions Box on the order form when placing your order and we will pass this on to the courier for you.

The courier cost for delivery to all UK mainland addresses is a flat rate of £10 per order and £4.95 on orders under £14.95.

We cannot accept responsibility for any theft, damage or loss that may subsequently occur.

If your order has not been delivered within 5 days of submission and no shipping details are shown on the order status, please contact us immediately so that we can trace and track the goods with the delivery service accordingly.
We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards via SagePay Secure Payment Gateway. Simply select the card payment on the order form to take you through to secure encrypted card payments. We also accept payment via PayPal , and if this is your preferred method of payment simply select the PayPal payment option on the order form to take you through to PayPal payments – you can simply select whichever is the most convenient payment option for you – either the card payment option or PayPal payment option when placing your order, in the knowledge that your transaction will be quick, easy and totally safe.

Extended Returns period Christmas 2023
All orders received between 19 November to 25 December 2023 can be returned right up until 31 January 2024 in accordance with all returns policy details.
We want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us.
Our “no quibbles” guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with the goods purchased you may cancel your order and return the goods to us within 15 days with the exception of the extended Xmas returns period, see below*.
You will receive a refund within 14 days of cancellation. *
It is your responsibility to take care of the goods and they must be returned to us unused and in original packaging.

Postage costs are the direct charge from the postal or courier service and as such are non-refundable. You are responsible for all postage/courier costs incurred for both sending and returning goods and any courier charge applied by our courier service if used for returning signed and unsigned for goods will be your responsibility and deducted against any refund of goods, where applicable.
We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt.

As with all fabrics, dark colours should not be placed against light colour fabrics/furniture to avoid risk of colour transference and therefore we do not recommend this in relation to any of our products We cannot accept responsibility for any damage that may subsequently result.

Cotton throws are particularly popular as a practical as well as stylish way to both help protect furniture as well enhance the look of a room as most of these are machine washable on a gentle 30 degree washing cycle. Customers with a growing family or pets often use throws as an easy and functional way to keep rooms looing fresh, clean and bright.
Wool throws and chenille throws are great for adding warmth and texture to the furnishing style of a room. They come in a variety of colours and the wool throws come in a great range of checked and tartan patterns which look equally at home in modern room settings as well as traditional room styles.

You can choose from a wide range of sizes in throws. The extra larges sizes including 230x365cms and 250x350cms are great for giving extra coverage on a large 3 seater or 4 seater sofa. The smaller sizes 230x250cms and 250x280cms are popular for 3 seater sofas, 2 seater sofas and also double and king size beds and the 180x230cms size throws are usually used on armchairs and single beds. Most 100% cotton throws are machine washable, a gentle 30 degree cycle using non biological washing powder is recommended. Throws made from wool, faux fur, cotton chenille and any other fabrics may need to be dry cleaned, please check the cleaning instructions label before cleaning.
We don’t – When our business first started up over 20 years ago we we traded solely from retail premises. However with the advent of internet shopping, we transferred all our business online via our website. This means we can now offer our customers an even greater range of throws and other furnishings and all at discount prices.
Certainly you can – we are very happy to accept returned items for any reason as long as they are received back unused and in original packaging within 15 days. Once received back the simplest way is for us to refund the cost of returned goods for you and you can then go ahead and place a new order as required.
