We want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with the goods purchased you may cancel your order and return the goods to us within 15  days with the exception of the extended Xmas returns period, see below*, You will receive a refund within 14 days of cancellation. * It is your responsibility to take care of the goods and they must be returned to us unused and in original packaging.

 

 Goods must be received back to us unused and in original packaging.

We will not accept return of:
* We will not accept the return of used goods, damaged goods or goods out of original packaging
* Goods made to the customer's personal specifications
 
Please enclose a note with your return confirming your name, address and order number. Returns/exchange address: The Sofa Throw Company 122 Wandle Road, Morden, Surrey SM4 6AE.   Postage costs are the direct charge from the postal or courier service and as such are non-refundable. You are responsible for all postage/courier costs incurred for both sending and returning goods and any courier charge applied by our courier service if used for returning  signed and unsigned for goods  will be your responsibility. and deducted against any refund of goods. where applicable. We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt.
