Delivery is normally within 7 working days. We will notify you if your goods are not able to be despatched within this timescale,. The costs for delivery are shown depending on the shipping destination. Any delivery times quoted are estimates, based on availability and normal delivery time. .
 
Please give any special delivery instructions on your order form if applicable. Please note that instructions for goods to be left in any place where no one is available to sign for the delivery are entirely at the customer's own risk. We cannot accept  responsibility for any theft, damage or loss that may subsequently occur.
 
If your order has not been delivered within 7 days of submission and no shipping detalis are shown on the order status,  please contact us immediately so that we can trace and track the goods with the delivery service accordingly.

We want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with the goods purchased you may cancel your order and return the goods to us within 7 working days from receipt of the goods, you will receive a refund within 14 days of cancellation. * It is your responsibility to take care of the goods and they must be returned to us unused and in original packaging.

Postage costs are the direct charge from the postal or courier service and as such are non-refundable. You are responsible for all postage/courier costs incurred for both sending and returning goods. We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt.

We are happy to accept goods returned to us for exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt as long as the items are received back to us unused and in original package.  Our returns address is below please enclose a note with your name, address and ordrer number.  Cost of goods will be refunded within 14 days of receipt back to.  Please note postage costs are not refundable as these are the direct cost of the courier and postal services..

As with all fabrics, dark colours should not be placed against light colour fabrics/furniture to avoid risk of colour transference and therefore we do not recommend this in relation to any of our products We cannot accept responsibility for any damage that may subsequently result.
