1. Q. How long does delivery normally take?

A. Normal delivery time is within 5 working days. We will, of course, notify you in the unlikely event of any delay in case you wish to cancel or amend your order.

2. Q. How can I make payment for my order?

A. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta and most major credit cards.  You can also make payment via Paypal.

3. Q  Are all throws machine washable?

A. Most 100% cotton throws are machine washable, a gentle 30 degree cycle using non biological washing powder is recommended.  Throws made from wool, faux fur, cotton chenille and any other fabrics may need to be dry cleaned, please check the cleaning instructions label before cleaning.

4. Q  Do you have a shop? 

A.  We don't  -  When our business first started up over 20 years ago we we traded soley from retail premises.   However with the advent of internet shopping, we transferred all our business online via our website.  This means we can now offer our customers an even greater range of throws and other furnishings and all at discount prices.

5. Q  Can I  return my purchase for refund or exchange?

A.  Certaninly you can - we are very happy to accept returned items for any reason as long as they are received back unused and in original packaging within 15 days.  Once received back the simplest way is for us to refund the cost of returned goods for you and you can then go ahead and place a new order as required.  Please note postage costs apply to all orders and are non refundable.

5.  Q.  Where do I send my return?

6.  Q . Do you offer gift vouchers?

A. We don't current have a gift voucher option but this is something we are looking into and hope to be able to offer in the near future so please check back with us.

7.  Can I place my order via the telephone?

A. Absoloutely, we are very happy to take your order either by phone or via the website, whichever is most convenient for you.  You can call us anytime to place your order.  If our answer service is on we may be busy packing goods or taking in deliveries in our warehouse so please leave a message and we will get back to you asap.
